Cette année, Le Réseau IDEAL et IDEAL Connaissances
ont choisi Marseille pour accueillir les 9èmes Assises nationales des TIC au World Trade Center les 24 et 25 juin 2009. La 9ème édition de cet événement de portée nationale se traduit au travers de nouveaux axes structurant le programme : • L’orientation collaborative et l’impact du Web2 sur les relations collectivités-citoyens, • La démarche développement durable et l’incidence des TIC sur la diminution de l’empreinte écologique, • Le renforcement de l’innovation et l’ancrage dans l’actualité des sujets proposés (ex : faire des économies). In the UNECE region, existing buildings, in particular those constructed
between the 1960s and the 1980s, characteristically have low thermal efficiency and wasteful heat distribution systems. New buildings are likewise being built with low thermal efficiency. Unless this efficiency is improved, increased housing construction and homeownership will be accompanied by higher electricity consumption, and thus higher emissions. Buildings are both a reason for concern and an opportunity. On the one hand, some estimates indicate that housing in some cases could assume 90 per cent of all energy consumption in society, particularly in low-income countries, and further that the building sector is not likely to reduce its impact. Direct emissions, for instance, are expected to grow by some 70 per cent between 2000 and 2050. On the other hand, other studies indicate that on a global scale buildings could generate some of the most significant savings in terms of energy consumption. For instance, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change has stated that there is a global potential to cost-effectively reduce about 29 per cent of the projected baseline emissions by 2020 in the residential and commercial sectors, the highest potential among all sectors. The UNECE Committee on Housing and Land Management has discussed the need to increase energy efficiency in housing and has realized that while the technologies to do so are widely available, there are a number of financial, institutional and legal barriers that need to be addressed. For instance, many of the countries in the region still use construction norms and regulations dating back to the Soviet period. The situation is further exacerbated by the lack of incentives to invest in energy-saving technologies due to long return on such investments and the lack of awareness among developers and end-users. The first UNECE Workshop on energy efficiency in housing, to take place in Sofia on 21 and 22 April 2009, will discuss specific challenges and opportunities for the UNECE region. The aim of the workshop will be to provide UNECE member States with policy guidance and suggestions on how to increase energy efficiency in the housing sector. The workshop will review the economic, social and environmental impacts; consider current policies, solutions and barriers to effective policies; and discuss the priorities that need to be addressed by Governments. The workshop’s audience will include national and regional government representatives, business practitioners, academic experts and other professionals. AGENDA DAY ONE: 21 APRIL 2009 Opening Session * Welcome and opening addresses; * Presentation of the UNECE background paper. Session I:The benefits of energy efficiency in housing:environmental, social and economic impacts This Session will discuss the importance of energy efficiency in housing, its connections with contemporary socio-economic and environmental challenges and will summarise both the benefits offered by effective policies and pitfalls of inadequate practices. The Session will consist of an introductory note, four presentations and discussions in the following areas: * The importance of housing in energy consumption and consequent implications for energy efficiency measures; * Environmental impacts of energy efficiency in housing: global and local; * Energy production and consumption, energy imports, energy security; * Social implications: fuel poverty, social exclusion, health and living conditions; * The multiple economic benefits of energy efficient housing; * Business and employment opportunities related to the development of the field. Session II:Current policies: challenges, achievementsand further constraints and opportunities This Session will assess the current state of affairs in the field of energy efficiency in housing in the ECE region, including measures undertaken to improve energy efficiency and barriers to effective policies and practices. The Session will consist of an introductory note, six presentations and discussions related to the following aspects: * The status of energy efficient housing in national and regional strategies and programmes for socio-economic, environmental and energy development; * Market failures and opportunities versus government policy failures and opportunities; * The impacts and limitations of existing regulations in the ECE countries; * Institutional and financial barriers to energy efficient investments; * The development of markets for energy efficiency in housing; * Affordability of energy efficiency from tenants??TM perspectives, support to low-income households; * The development of energy-saving technologies and their application in the housing sector. DAY TWO: 22 APRIL 2009 Session III:Case studies on energy efficiency in housing This Session will make a new round of analysis of the issues by focusing on more specific case studies that will demonstrate how concrete actions in one or more areas may contribute to achieving better results and to solving a problem. The Session will also consider the affordability and sustainability of achieved/potential measures or projects and will discuss whether it is possible to replicate good practices across time and space (e.g. to copy them into a different socio-economic or legal environment) and how it is possible to avoid potential failures. The Session will consist of an introductory note, six presentations and further discussions in the following areas: * The national/regional examples of public awareness campaigns; * Case studies of specific institutional regimes that have created a favourable and enabling environment; * Successful (or otherwise) patterns of collaboration between stakeholders, public-private partnerships; * The examples of successful/unsuccessful financial strategies; * Life cycle analysis of building materials and its importance; * Energy efficient technological and architectural innovations (including green building, passive houses); * Specific projects of infrastructural upgrades, housing retrofitting and insulation. Session IV:Conclusions and recommendations This final session will make recommendations to UNECE and provide some elements for the programme of the second workshop to be held in Vienna at the end of 2009. This panel will involve all the previous speakers who will have 3-5 min to provide recommendations/conclusions/guidelines based on their presentations and attendant discussions. Each speaker's recommendations will be discussed and commented by the audience. OPTIONAL DAY THREE: 23 APRIL 2009 The Government of Bulgaria will organise an optional site visit in Sofia for those who will be interested to take part.
SOFIA – Premier Atelier d’Efficacité Énergétique dans le Logement (First Workshop on Energy Efficiency in Housing) organisé à Sofia par la CEE/NU
La majorité des bâtiments de la zone CEE/NU, en particulier ceux construits entre les années 1960 et 1980, sont caractérisés par une faible efficacité énergétique et équipés d’installations de chauffage entraînant des pertes significatives de chaleur. L’efficacité énergétique des bâtiments de construction récente est tout aussi faible. Si cette efficacité ne s’améliore pas, de de plus en plus de bâtiments résidentiels et de propriétés, se verront confrontés à une croissance constante de leur consommation d'électricité et donc à d'importantes émissions de polluants. Les bâtiments résidentiels sont une source de nuisances écologiques, mais ils disposent aussi d’un fort potentiel de changement. Certaines des analyses effectuées montrent que le secteur du logement peut être responsable de 90% de la totalité de l’énergie consommée par la société (surtout dans les pays dont les habitants disposent de bas revenus), et le seuil susvisé est incompressible dans le secteur du logement. On estime que le niveau des émissions directes va augmenter d’environ 70% entre 2000 et 2050. D’autre part, d'autres études indiquent qu’à l’échelle globale le secteur du logement peut générer une des économies les plus significatives en matière de consommation d’énergie. Selon le Groupe d’experts intergouvernemental sur l’évolution du climat (GIEC) par exemple, il existe un potentiel global de réduction des émissions de base estimées à environ 29% d’ici 2020 dans le secteur résidentiel et commercial grâce à des solutions peu coûteuses et efficaces. C’est donc le secteur qui présente le potentiel le plus élevé parmi tous les secteurs examinés. Le Comité du logement et de l’aménagement du territoire de la CEE/NU a montré la nécessité d’augmenter l’efficacité énergétique dans le secteur du logement, et a constaté qu’en dépit d’un large accès aux technologies, il existe un grand nombre de barrières financières, institutionnelles et juridiques qui doivent être surmontées. Pour instant, les normes de construction et les réglementations en vigueur dans de nombreux pays de la région concernée, datent de la période soviétique. La situation est en outre aggravée par une absence d’incitation à l’investissement dans des technologies permettant d'économiser l'énergie en raison d’un long délai de rentabilisation de cet investissement et d’une conscience écologique insuffisante de la part des promoteurs et des utilisateurs finaux. Au cours du premier atelier de la CEE/NU consacré aux problèmes liés à l’efficacité énergétique qui se tiendra à Sofia du 21 au 22 avril prochain, on va débattre des défis concrets et des solutions potentielles accessibles dans la zone CEE/NU. L’objectif que l'atelier se fixe est de fournir aux pays membres de la CEE/NU des lignes directrices stratégiques et des suggestions concernant l’augmentation de l’efficacité énergétique dans le secteur du logement. L'atelier passera en revue les facteurs économiques, sociaux et environnementaux. On va débattre des stratégies actuelles, des solutions et des obstacles s'opposant à la mise en oeuvre d’une politique efficace ainsi que des priorités qui requièrent une action au niveau gouvernemental. L'atelier réunira des représentants des autorités gouvernementales centrales et régionales, des hommes d’affaires, des experts et d’autres membres de la profession. AGENDA JOURNÉE 1: LE 21 AVRIL 2009 Session d’ouverture * Mot de bienvenue aux participants et allocution d’ouverture de l'Atelier; * Présentation du discours d’introduction de la CEE/NU. Ière Session: Avantages de l’efficacité énergétique dans le secteur du logement: aspects environnementaux, sociaux et économiques Au cours de la Ière Session on va débattre de l’importance de l’efficacité énergétique pour le secteur de logement et des interactions avec les défis socio-économiques et environnementaux actuels. On va évaluer les avantages découlant d’une politique efficace ainsi que les pièges résultant de pratiques inappropriées. La session comprendra un discours d’introduction et quatre présentations et débats sur les questions suivantes: * La part prise par le secteur de logement dans la consommation d’énergie et ses implications pour les actions entreprises en faveur de l’efficacité énergétique; * Impacts environnementaux globaux et locaux de l’efficacité énergétique dans le secteur du logement; * Production et utilisation de l’énergie, importation de l’énergie, sécurité énergétique; * Implications sociales: pauvreté énergétique, exclusion sociale, santé et conditions de vie; * Nombreux avantages économiques de l’efficacité énergétique du logement; * Opportunités en matière de commerce et d’emploi liées au développement du secteur de l'efficacité énergétique. 2e Session: Politique actuelle: défis, réalisations, contraintes et opportunités La session donnera lieu à la présentation de l’état actuel du domaine de l’efficacité énergétique du secteur du logement de la zone CEE, et aussi des mesures mises en oeuvre dans le cadre de l’amélioration de l’efficacité énergétique et des barrières à surmonter pour la mise en oeuvre d’une politique et de pratiques efficaces. La session comprendra un discours d’introduction, six présentations et des débats sur les questions suivantes: * Statut du logement énergétiquement efficace dans les stratégies et programmes nationaux et régionaux en faveur du développement socio-économique, environnemental et énergétique; * Échecs du marché et nouvelles opportunités dans le contexte des insuccès de la politique gouvernementale et des nouvelles possibilités; * Impacts et limites des réglementations en vigueur dans les pays de la CEE; * Barrières institutionnelles et financières s'opposant à l’investissement en matière d'efficacité énergétique; * Développement des marchés de l’efficacité énergétique dans le secteur du logement; * Accessiblité financière de l’efficacité énergétique du point de vue des locataires. Perspectives, soutien aux ménages aux bas revenus; * Développement des technologies d'économie d’énergie et leur utilisation dans le secteur du logement. JOURNÉE 2: LE 22 AVRIL 2009 3e Session: Étude de quelques cas d’efficacité énergétique dans le logement La session portera sur une nouvelle série d’analyses mettant l'accent sur des études spécifiques montrant comment des mesures concrètes contribuent à obtenir de meilleurs résultats et à résoudre les problèmes. Les participants à la session vont aborder la question de l'accessibilité et de la durabilité des mesures ou projets, achevés ou potentiels, et réfléchir à la possibilité de répéter de bonnes pratiques dans le temps et l’espace (p.ex. en copiant les solutions dans des conditions socio-économiques ou juridiques différentes) et voir comment éviter des échecs potentiels. La session comprendra un discours d’introduction, six présentations et des débats sur les questions suivantes: * Exemples nationaux et régionaux de campagnes de sensibilisation du public; * Études de régimes institutionnels spécifiques qui ont permis de créer un environnement propice; * Schémas efficaces (ou inefficaces) de collaboration entre les parties intéressées, partenariats public-privé; * Exemples de stratégies financières efficaces et inefficaces; * Analyse du cycle de vie des matériaux de construction et de son importance; * Innovations technologiques et architecturales énergétiquement efficaces (incluant bâtiments verts et bâtiments passifs); * Projets concrets de modernisation d’infrastructures, de bâtiments et de leur isolation. 4e Session: Conclusions et recommandations La session de clôture permettra d'adresser des recommandations à la CEE/NU et de suggérer certains éléments à mettre à l’agenda de l'atelier suivant qui se tiendra à Vienne fin 2009. Tous les intervenants précédents prendront la parole pendant 3 à 5 minutes pour exposer leurs recommandations/conclusions/lignes directrices sur base de leurs propres interventions et des débats qui les ont accompagnées. L'ensemble des participants débattra et commentera les recommandations des divers intervenants. 3e JOURNÉE OPTIONNELLE: LE 23 AVRIL 2009 Le gouvernement bulgare organisera pour les participants intéressés une visite optionnelle de la ville de Sofia.  Le projet SAVE@work4homes sera présenté par Grzegorz Członkowski – analyste et manager du projet au sein de DomData Polska. Grzegorz Członkowski a terminé ses études en Informatique à l’Université Adam Mickiewicz de Poznań en 2000. Il travaille pour DomData depuis 1999. Il est spécialisé dans les applications commerciales des technologies dérivées d'Internet. Il a conçu et administré des projets liés aux domaines suivants: la banque, l’administration des logements, l'administration publique. Il a aussi participé à deux projets réalisés par le consortium @Work4Homes – Trusted@Work4Homes et SAVE@Work4Homes. Le consortium @Work4Homes est un groupement de six sociétés de logement – assistées de spécialistes en la matière – qui collaborent systématiquement au développement et à l’évaluation de nouveaux services destinés aux locataires, avec le soutien financier de la Commission européenne.
Auf dem Gebiet der UNECE sind die meisten Gebäude (vor allem die, die zwischen den 60er und 80er Jahren erbaut wurden) durch eine niedrige Energieeffizienz gekennzeichnet. Sie sind auch mit Heizungsanlagen ausgestattet, die erhebliche Wärmeverluste verursachen. Auch in aktuell realisierten Bauinvestitionen ist die Energieeffizienz niedrig. Wenn die Energieeffizienz nicht erhöht wird, ist auf Grund der intensiven Entwicklung des Wohnungsbaus und des Anstiegs der Anzahl der Eigentümer von Wohnungen und Häusern ein ständiger Anstieg des Verbrauchs der elektrischen Energie zu erwarten, was die Erhöhung der Emission von Verunreinigungen in die Atmosphäre zur Folge haben wird.
Die Wohngebäude rufen ökologische Befürchtungen hervor. In ihnen steckt aber auch ein großes Veränderungspotenzial. Einerseits wird in manchen Analysen geschätzt, dass in einigen Fällen der Wohnungssektor sogar für 90% des gesamten Energieverbrauchs der Gesellschaft verantwortlich sein kann (vor allem in den Ländern mit niedrigen Einkommen der Einwohner), wobei nicht möglich ist, dieses Niveau im Wohnungssektor zu senken. Es wird geschätzt, dass das Niveau der direkten Emissionen um ca. 70% im Zeitraum von 2000 bis 2050 steigen wird. Andererseits weisen andere Publikationen darauf hin, dass gerade im Wohnungssektor möglich ist, eine der wichtigsten Einsparungen im Energieverbrauch im globalen Maßstab zu erzielen. Es gibt zum Beispiel nach Meinung des Zwischenstaatlichen Ausschusses für Klimaänderungen (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, IPCC) ein globales Potenzial zur Senkung der prognostizierten Grundemissionen um ca. 29 % bis 2020 im Wohnungs- und Handelssektor unter Einsatz von kostengünstigen Lösungen. Dieser Sektor weist also unter allen untersuchten Sektoren das größte Potenzial auf. Der UNECE-Ausschuss für Wohnungsbau und Raumordnung (UNECE Committee on Housing and Land Management) hat die Notwendigkeit der Erhöhung der Energieeffizienz im Wohnungssektor analysiert und festgestellt, dass es trotz der breiten Zugänglichkeit entsprechender Technologien viele finanzielle, institutionelle und rechtliche Barrieren gibt, die zu eliminieren sind. Zum Beispiel gelten in vielen Ländern der besprochenen Region nach wie vor Baunormen und Regelungen aus kommunistischen Zeiten. Die Situation wird noch verschlechtert durch das Fehlen von geschäftlichen Anregungen zum Investieren in energiesparende Technologien, was auf eine lange Zeit der Kostenerstattung und ein nicht ausreichendes ökologisches Bewusstsein von Bauträgern und Endverbrauchern zurückzuführen ist. Während des ersten UNECE-Workshops zu Fragen der Energieeinsparungen im Wohnungssektor, der am 21.-22. April 2009 in Sofia stattfindet, werden konkrete Herausforderungen und potenzielle, auf dem UNECE-Gebiet verfügbare Lösungen besprochen. Das Ziel des Workshops ist die Zurverfügungstellung der strategischen Anweisungen und Vorschläge bezüglich der Erhöhung der Energieeinsparungen im Wohnungssektor für die UNECE-Mitgliedstaaten. Der Workshop wird sich mit den ökonomischen, sozialen und Umweltfaktoren beschäftigen. Es werden aktuelle Strategien, Lösungen und Barrieren in der Umsetzung einer effizienten Politik sowie Hauptfragen besprochen, die auf dem Regierungsniveau zu lösen sind. Am Workshop werden Vertreter der zentralen und regionalen Regierungsorgane, Businessvertreter, akademische Experten und andere, mit der besprochenen Branche beruflich verbundene Personen teilnehmen. PROGRAMM 1. TAG: 21. APRIL 2009 Eröffnungssession * Begrüßung der Teilnehmer und Eröffnungsreden; * UNECE Einleitungsreferat. Session I: Vorteile der Energieeffizienz im Wohnungssektor: ökonomische, soziale und Umweltfaktoren Während der ersten Session werden die Bedeutung der Energieeffizienz für den Wohnungssektor und die Korrelationen mit den aktuellen Herausforderungen mit einem sozial-ökonomischen und umweltbezogenen Charakter besprochen. Es werden sowohl die aus der effizienten Politik resultierenden Nutzen als auch die durch den Einsatz der nicht entsprechenden Maßnahmen verursachten Schwierigkeiten zusammengefasst. Die Session umfasst ein Einleitungsreferat, vier Präsentationen und Diskussionen zu folgenden Themen: * Anteil des Wohnungssektors am Energieverbrauch und seine Implikationen für Maßnahmen zur Energieeffizienz; * Globale und lokale Umweltauswirkungen der Energieeffizienz im Wohnungssektor; * Energieproduktion und -nutzung, Energieimport, Energiesicherheit; * Soziale Implikationen: Energiearmut, gesellschaftlicher Ausschluss, Gesundheit und Lebensverhältnisse; * Verschiedene ökonomische Vorteile der energieeffizienten Wohngebäude; * Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Beschäftigungspotenzial im Zusammenhang mit der Entwicklung des Energiesparsektors. Session II: Aktuelle Politik: Herausforderungen, Errungenschaften, aktuelle Einschränkungen und Möglichkeiten Während der Session wird der aktuelle Stand der Energieeffizienz im Wohnungssektor aus dem ECE-Gebiet dargestellt, unter Berücksichtigung der vorgenommenen Maßnahmen im Rahmen der Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz und Barrieren, die die Einführung der wirksamen Politik und Lösungen hemmen. Die Session umfasst ein Einleitungsreferat, sechs Präsentationen und Diskussionen zu folgenden Themen: * Status des energieeffizienten Wohnungsbaus in den nationalen und regionalen Strategien und Programmen zur sozial-wirtschaftlichen, energetischen und Umweltentwicklung; * Niederlagen auf dem Markt und neue Möglichkeiten im Kontext der Misserfolge der Regierungspolitik und der neuen Möglichkeiten; * Auswirkungen und Einschränkungen der in den ECE-Ländern geltenden Vorschriften; * Institutionelle und finanzielle Barrieren, die die Investitionen in die Energieeinsparung erschweren; * Entwicklung der Märkte der Energieeffizienz im Wohnungssektor; * Finanzielle Zugänglichkeit der energiesparenden Lösungen aus Sicht der Mieter; Perspektiven, Unterstützung für Haushalte mit niedrigen Einkommen; * Erarbeitung der Technologien zur Energieeinsparung und ihre Anwendung im Wohnungssektor. 2. TAG: 22. APRIL 2009 Session III: Case Studies zur Energieeffizienz in Wohngebäuden Die Session wird weitere Analysen mit konkreten Case Studies umfassen. Es wird dargestellt, wie konkrete Maßnahmen, die in einem oder einigen Bereichen umgesetzt werden, zur Erreichung besserer Ergebnisse und Problemlösung beitragen können. Das nächste Thema der Session ist die Zugänglichkeit und Dauerhaftigkeit der schon umgesetzten/potenziellen Maßnahmen oder Projekte. Die Teilnehmer werden in Erwägung ziehen, ob es möglich ist, gute Maßnahmen in Zeit und Raum zu wiederholen (z. B. Kopieren von Lösungen in anderen sozial-ökonomischen oder rechtlichen Verhältnissen) und wie man den potenziellen Misserfolgen vorbeugen kann. Die Session umfasst ein Einleitungsreferat, sechs Präsentationen und Diskussionen zu folgenden Themen: * Nationale und regionale Beispiele für Kampagnen für die Steigerung des Bewusstseins der Gesellschaft; * Case Studies bezüglich der konkreten institutionellen Programme, mit deren Hilfe es gelungen ist, vorteilhafte perspektivische Umweltbedingungen zu schaffen; * Wirksame (oder unwirksame) Schemata der Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Stakeholdern, öffentlich-private Partnerschaften; * Beispiele für erfolgreich umgesetzte/unwirksame Finanzstrategien; * Analyse des Lebenszyklus von Baumaterialien und ihre Bedeutung; * Energieeffiziente Innovationen im Bereich der Technologie und Architektur (unter Berücksichtigung von „grünen Gebäuden“ und Passivhäusern); * Konkrete Projekte zur Infrastrukturmodernisierung, zum Retrofitting von Gebäuden und zur Isolation. Session IV: Schlussfolgerungen und Anweisungen Während der Abschlusssession werden Anweisungen an die UNECE und einige Punkte des Programms der weiteren Workshops dargestellt, die Ende 2009 in Wien stattfinden. An der Session werden die früheren Vortragenden teilnehmen, die 3-5 Minuten Zeit für die Darstellung ihrer Empfehlungen/ Schlussfolgerungen/ Anweisungen, erarbeitet aufgrund eigener Präsentationen und Begleitdiskussionen, haben werden. Die vorgeschlagenen Anweisungen der einzelnen Vortragenden werden von den Teilnehmern laufend besprochen und kommentiert. OPTIONALER 3. TAG: 23. APRIL 2009 Die Regierung von Bulgarien wird für interessierte Teilnehmer einen optionalen Stadtbesuch in Sofia organisieren. Das Projekt SAVE@work4homes wird durch Grzegorz Członkowski - Analytiker und Projektmanager aus der Firma DomData Polen dargestellt. Grzegorz Członkowski hat 2000 das Studium an der Fakultät für Informatik an der Adam Mickiewicz-Universität in Poznań absolviert. Er arbeitet bei DomData seit 1999. Er spezialisiert sich auf Geschäftsanwendungen, die aufgrund der IT-Technologien erstellt werden. Er nahm an Projekten aus folgenden Bereichen teil, wie: Bankwesen, Wohnungswirtschaft und öffentliche Verwaltung und war auch für ihre Leitung zuständig. Er nahm auch an zwei Projekten teil, die vom Konsortium @Work4Homes realisiert wurden - Trusted@Work4Homes und SAVE@Work4Homes. Das Konsortium @Work4Homes besteht aus sechs Wohnungsunternehmen, die von den Spezialisten aus dem Bereich der Projektthematik unterstützt werden. Die Wohnungsunternehmen arbeiten regulär an der Erarbeitung und Beurteilung von neuen Dienstleistungen für Mieter, mit der finanziellen Unterstützung der Europäischen Kommission.
W strefie UNECE większość budynków (zwłaszcza tych zbudowanych w okresie od lat 60-tych do lat 80-tych) charakteryzuje się niską efektywnością cieplną oraz wyposażona jest w instalacje grzewcze powodujące znaczne straty ciepła. Także w aktualnie realizowanych inwestycjach budowlanych efektywność cieplna jest niska. Jeżeli jej poziom nie ulegnie poprawie, w efekcie intensywnego rozwoju budownictwa mieszkaniowego i wzrostu liczby posiadaczy mieszkań i domów należy spodziewać się stałego wzrostu zużycia energii elektrycznej, a co za tym idzie zwiększenia poziomu emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery.
Budynki mieszkalne rodzą obawy ekologiczne, jednak mają również w sobie duży potencjał zmian. Z jednej strony w części analiz szacuje się, że w niektórych przypadkach sektor mieszkaniowy może być odpowiedzialny za aż 90 procent całości energii zużywanej przez społeczeństwo (zwłaszcza w krajach o niskich dochodach mieszkańców), a przy tym nie ma możliwości obniżenia tego progu w sektorze mieszkaniowym. Ocenia się, że poziom emisji bezpośrednich wzrośnie o około 70 procent w okresie od 2000 do 2050 roku. Z drugiej jednak strony inne opracowania wskazują, że w skali globalnej w sektorze mieszkalnictwa możliwe jest wypracowanie jednych z najbardziej istotnych oszczędności w zakresie zużycia energii. Na przykład zdaniem Międzyrządowego Zespołu do spraw Zmian Klimatu (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, IPCC) istnieje globalny potencjał obniżenia o ok. 29 procent prognozowanych emisji podstawowych do roku 2020 w sektorze mieszkaniowym i handlowym przy zastosowaniu efektywnych kosztowo rozwiązań. Jest to więc sektor o największym potencjale spośród wszystkich analizowanych. Komitet ds. Mieszkalnictwa i Zagospodarowywania Terenów UNECE przeanalizował konieczność podnoszenia wydajności energetycznej w sektorze mieszkaniowym, stwierdzając, że pomimo szerokiej dostępności odpowiednich technologii, istnieje szereg barier finansowych, instytucjonalnych i prawnych, które należy wyeliminować. Dla przykładu, w wielu krajach omawianego regionu nadal obowiązują normy budowlane i regulacje pochodzące jeszcze z czasów komunistycznych. Sytuację dodatkowo pogarsza brak zachęt biznesowych dla inwestowania w technologie energooszczędne ze względu na długi okres zwrotu inwestycji oraz niewystarczającą świadomość ekologiczną deweloperów i użytkowników końcowych. Podczas pierwszych warsztatów UNECE poświęconych kwestiom związanym z oszczędnością energii w sektorze mieszkaniowym, które odbędą się w Sofii w dn. 21-22 kwietnia 2009 r., omawiane będą konkretne wyzwania oraz potencjalne rozwiązania dostępne w strefie UNECE. Celem warsztatów jest dostarczenie państwom członkowskim UNECE wytycznych strategicznych oraz sugestii dotyczących wzrostu energooszczędności w sektorze mieszkaniowym. Warsztaty obejmować będą przegląd czynników o charakterze ekonomicznym, socjalnym i środowiskowym. Rozważane będą aktualne strategie, rozwiązania i bariery stojące na przeszkodzie wdrożenia efektywnej polityki oraz kwestie priorytetowe wymagające działań na szczeblu rządowym. Uczestnikami warsztatów będą przedstawiciele centralnych i regionalnych organów rządowych, przedstawiciele biznesu, eksperci akademiccy oraz inne osoby związane zawodowo z omawianą branżą. PROGRAM DZIEŃ PIERWSZY: 21 KWIETNIA 2009 r. Sesja inauguracyjna * Powitanie uczestników i przemówienia otwierające Warsztaty; * Prezentacja referatu wprowadzającego UNECE. Sesja I: Korzyści z wydajności energetycznej w sektorze mieszkaniowym: aspekty środowiskowe, socjalne i ekonomiczne Podczas Sesji I omówione zostanie znaczenie efektywności energetycznej dla sektora mieszkaniowego oraz korelacje z bieżącymi wyzwaniami o charakterze społeczno-ekonomicznym i środowiskowym. Podsumowane zostaną zarówno korzyści płynące z efektywnej polityki, jak i pułapki, jakie niosą za sobą nieodpowiednie praktyki. Sesja obejmować będzie referat wprowadzający, cztery prezentacje oraz dyskusje związane z poniższą tematyką: * Udział sektora mieszkaniowego w zużyciu energii oraz jego implikacje dla działań podejmowanych na rzecz wydajności energetycznej; * Skutki środowiskowe wydajności energetycznej w sektorze mieszkaniowym: globalne i lokalne; * Produkcja i użytkowanie energii, import energii, bezpieczeństwo energetyczne; * Implikacje społeczne: ubóstwo energetyczne, wyłączenie społeczne, zdrowie i warunki życia; * Wielorakie korzyści ekonomiczne wydajnego energetycznie mieszkalnictwa; * Możliwości biznesowe i potencjał zatrudnienia związane z rozwojem sektora energooszczędnego. Sesja II: Aktualna polityka: wyzwania, osiągnięcia, bieżące ograniczenia i możliwości Podczas sesji przedstawiony zostanie aktualny stan w dziedzinie wydajności energetycznej w sektorze mieszkaniowym w strefie ECE, z uwzględnieniem środków podejmowanych w ramach poprawy efektywności energetycznej oraz barier utrudniających wdrażanie skutecznej polityki i rozwiązań. DZIEŃ DRUGI: 22 KWIETNIA 2009 r. Sesja III: Studia przypadków dotyczące wydajności energetycznej w mieszkalnictwie Sesja obejmować będzie kolejny cykl analiz, w których nacisk spoczywać będzie na konkretnych studiach przypadków ukazujących, w jaki sposób konkretne działania realizowane w jednej lub kilku dziedzinach mogą przyczyniać się do osiągania lepszych wyników i rozwiązywania problemów. Kolejnym tematem Sesji będzie dostępność i trwałość już osiągniętych/potencjalnych działań lub projektów. Uczestnicy rozważą, czy możliwe jest powielanie dobrych praktyk w czasie i przestrzeni (np. kopiowanie rozwiązań w innych warunkach społeczno-ekonomicznych lub prawnych) oraz w jaki sposób można unikać potencjalnych niepowodzeń. Sesja obejmować będzie referat wprowadzający, sześć prezentacji oraz dyskusje związane z poniższą tematyką: * Krajowe/regionalne przykłady kampanii na rzecz wzrostu świadomości społeczeństwa; * Studia przypadków dotyczące konkretnych programów instytucjonalnych, dzięki którym udało się stworzyć korzystne perspektywiczne warunki środowiskowe; * Skuteczne (lub nieskuteczne) schematy współpracy między interesariuszami, partnerstwa publiczno-prywatne; * Przykłady pomyślnie wdrożonych/nieskutecznych strategii finansowych; * Analiza cyklu życia materiałów budowlanych i jej znaczenie; * Wydajne energetycznie innowacje technologiczne i architekturalne (z uwzględnieniem „zielonych budynków” i budynków pasywnych energetycznie); * Konkretne projekty modernizacji infrastruktury, retrofittingu budynków i izolacji. Sesja IV: Wnioski i zalecenia Podczas sesji kończącej przedstawione zostaną zalecenia adresowane do UNECE oraz nakreślone zostaną niektóre aspekty związane z programem kolejnych warsztatów, które odbędą się w Wiedniu pod koniec 2009 roku. Podczas sesji wystąpią wcześniejsi prelegenci, którzy w czasie 3-5 minut przedstawią swoje zalecenia/wnioski/wytyczne opracowane na podstawie własnych prezentacji i towarzyszących im dyskusji. Uczestnicy będą na bieżąco omawiać i komentować zalecenia prezentowane przez poszczególnych prelegentów. OPCJONALNY DZIEŃ TRZECI: 23 KWIETNIA 2009 r. STRASBOURG : 11 mars 2009 : Ecoter/Conseil Régional d'Alsace : Bâtiments intelligents Dans un contexte de développement durable -économique, social et environnemental- d'optimisation des ressources énergétiques au regard des émissions de CO² toujours plus importantes, la question de la gestion des patrimoines immobiliers publics et privés, existants ou futurs, fait plus que jamais l'objet de réflexions. Comment concevoir et aménager, à l'aune du développement durable, tout en ayant à l'esprit cette contradiction que la technologie évolue rapidement, alors que les bâtiments sont faits pour durer longtemps ? La différence de temps de réaction peut, en effet, soulever des difficultés chez les intéressés -publics et privés- à travers une gestion très prudente des attents des "usagers de l'immobilier". Elle peut aussi, comme par le passé (à travers la recherche d'économies), avoir des conséquences néfastes et à l'opposé des effets inattendus : isolation inexistante, espace inadapté, inconfort, dépenses financières, manque d'évolutivité, etc. Le Grenelle de l'Environnement nous le rappelle en imposant au secteur public une réduction de la consommation d'énergie dans ses bâtiments neufs pour 2010 et d'ici 2012 pour ceux du secteur privé. Plus encore, la crise financière et systémique doit conduire le secteur privé et le secteur public à réagir, sinon anticiper, et nous convaincre qu'il faut évoluer dans une démarche plus globale et profitable au développement durable pour engager des actions innovantes autour de la conception de l'aménagement ou du réaménagement d'espaces fonctionnels, de la sécurité, de la gestion de l'énergie et de la maîtrise des dépenses, du confort des usagers et du maintien à domicile, du dynamisme apporté à l'éducation grâce aux outils TIC dans les écoles, collèges et lycées. En quoi les technologies d'information et de communication sont-elles des outils cruciaux pour permettre aux locaux d'être polyvalents, évolutifs et répondre aux besoins de leurs usagers ? Quel est le cadre réglementaire ? A quels différents types de besoins les bâtiments intelligents peuvent-ils répondre ? Avec quels types de solutions ? Comment financer et encourager l'innovation dans le public et le privé ? Afin de répondre à ces interrogations et apporter les aides nécessaires aux collectivités territoriales, la Mission Ecoter organise ce colloque avec le soutien du Conseil régional d'Alsace. Avec les nouvelles technologies de nouveaux médias apparaissent : réseaux sans fil, Wi-Fi, Wimax, HSPDA et réseaux filaires de nouvelle génération, fibre optique de bout en bout (FTTH) ou réseaux modernisés des câble-opérateurs, avec en corollaire de nouvelles problématiques techniques et juridiques. Autour de ces nouveaux réseaux à haut débit des services à valeur ajoutée émergent aussi bien à destination de l’entreprise qu’à destination du locataire : mobilité, VoIP, immotique pour le locataire, interconnexion des sites distants, GRC, domotique à haute intégration de services, quadruple play (TV HD, VOD, Téléphonie, internet très haut débit). Cette journée permettra de faire un tour d’horizon de ces nouveaux réseaux et de la génération des services innovants qu’ils supportent.

From June 17th to 18th in 2008 there was a conference in Darmstadt of the German Schader Stiftung with the title “Home in Town”. Within the forum “Town and climate change” several possibilities of saving energy has been discussed. Beside a effective landscape - and town planning the sustainable refurbishment and the raising of the energy efficiency of buildings is of prime importance. But more and more the focus will be placed on the residents, because often the real energy demand is unknown or there is a lack of a holistic energy comprehension in order to save energy in a sustainable manner and to avoid rebound effects. Within the forum 4 there was a presentation by Ulrike Hacke (IWU) about the current EU project Save@work4homes.
Du 17 au 18 juin 2008 une conférence a été organisée par la fondation allemande Schader Stiftung appelée « Home in Town » (« La Maison dans la ville ». Dans le cadre du forum « La ville et les changements climatiques » on a débattu des différentes manières d'économiser l'énergie. En plus des solutions urbanistiques efficaces, une des clés du problème réside dans la modernisation durable et l’augmentation de l’efficacité énergétique des bâtiments. On va se focaliser cependant de plus en plus sur les locataires puisque la demande réelle en énergie est souvent inconnue et, en l'absence de données individuelles précises, il est difficile d’économiser l’énergie d’une façon conséquente et d'éviter un retour aux habitudes acquises. Dans le cadre du forum 4, Ulrike Hacke (IWU) a présenté le projet de l’UE Save@work4homes actuellement en cours.
Am 17. und 18. Juni 2008 fand in Darmstadt eine Konferenz der deutschen Schader Stiftung statt mit dem Titel “Zuhause in der Stadt“. Im Rahmen des Forums 4 „Stadt im Klimawandel“ wurden mögliche Energiesparpotenziale diskutiert. Neben einer nachhaltigen Landschafts- und Städteplanung, sind die energetische Sanierung des Gebäudebestands und die Erhöhung der Gebäudeenergieeffizienz von zentraler Bedeutung. Immer mehr Aufmerksamkeit richtet sich zudem auf die Verbraucher, d.h. die Mieterinnen und Mieter. Denn oftmals ist der eigene Energiebedarf gar nicht bekannt oder es fehlt ein ganzheitliches Energieverständnis um nachhaltig Energie einzusparen und Rebound Effekte zu vermeiden. Im Rahmen des Forums 4 (Stadt im Klimawandel) wurde den Konferenzteilnehmern das laufende EU Projekt Save@work4homes von Ulrike Hacke (IWU) vorgestellt.
Pomiędzy 17 a 18 czerwca 2008 r. w Darmstadt odbyła się konferencja zorganizowana przez niemiecką fundację Schader Stiftung pod hasłem „Home in Town” („Dom w mieście”). W ramach forum „Miasto a zmiany klimatyczne”, omówiono kilka możliwości wypracowywania oszczędności energetycznych. Oprócz efektywnych rozwiązań urbanistycznych, kluczowe znaczenie w tym zakresie mają: trwała modernizacja oraz podnoszenie wydajności energetycznej budynków. Coraz większy nacisk spoczywać będzie jednak na mieszkańcach, ponieważ rzeczywiste zapotrzebowanie na energię jest często nieznane oraz brak jest holistycznej świadomości energetycznej, aby móc w sposób konsekwentny oszczędzać energię, unikając powrotu do poprzednich przyzwyczajeń. W ramach forum 4, Ulrike Hacke (IWU) wystąpiła z prezentacją dotyczącą aktualnie realizowanego unijnego projektu Save@work4homes.

During the AND forum the 6th February 2008 in Paris Le Toit Angevin has presented the Save@Work4homes project. Indeed, with the implementation of electric and water sensor linked to the NTIC it will be possible in the future to watch over retirement age people by watching the consumptions.
A l'occasion du forum AND sur "les NTIC et les personnes âgées" à Paris Le Toit Angevin a présenté le projet Save@Work4homes. En effet, au travers de la mise en place de capteur de consommations électriques et eau, et ce en lien avec les infrastructures NTIC, il sera possible à l'avenir de veiller sur les personnes âgées en surveillant leurs consommations.
Während des AND Forums wurde am 6. Februar 2008 in Paris das Projekt Save@Work4homes durch das Unternehmen Le Toit Angevin dargestellt. Durch die Montage der mit NTIC verbundenen Energie- und Wassersensoren wird es in der Zukunft möglich sein, sich um die Bedürfnisse der Bewohner im Rentenalter durch die Überwachung des Verbrauchsstandes zu kümmern.
Podczas forum AND (6 lutego 2008) Le Toit Angevin zaprezentowało projekt Save@Work4homes. W przyszłości dzięki wdrożeniu czujników zużycia wody i energii elektrycznej, możliwe będzie monitorowanie osób starszych (poprzez monitoring zużycia).

La Commission européenne soutient de nombreuses initiatives en matière d’efficacité énergétique dans le cadre du programme SAVE, qui se décline en projets dont une vingtaine concerne les organismes d’habitat social. Trois d’entre eux arrivent à échéance dans les prochains mois. L’USH a organisé une journée d’information le 28 avril 2009 pour présenter les résultats de ces projets et inviter les organismes à s’inscrire dans ces démarches européennes. L’après midi a été consacrée également à la présentation de la plateforme française du projet POWER HOUSE animé par le Comité Européen de Coordination de l’Habitat Social, dont l’objectif est de mieux informer les organismes de logements sociaux sur les résultats des projets portant sur l’efficacité énergétique et faciliter ainsi l’accès aux outils, méthodes et services en matière d’énergie.

Die Veranstaltung in Form eines Tages der offenen Tür wurde von Union sociale pour l'habitat organisiert. Sie war der Energiestrategie in Wohngebäuden des sozialen Wohnungsbaus gewidmet.
An der Veranstaltung nahmen ca. 200 Vertreter der französischen Wohnungsunternehmen teil.
Union sociale pour l'habitat zorganizowała dzień otwarty poświęcony strategiom energetycznym w mieszkalnictwie socjalnym. W spotkaniu uczestniczyło około 200 francuskich firm zrzeszonych w organizacji.

ACIDD (Association of Communication and Information for Sustainable Development)organised this international forum. They have the role of centralising initiatives and good practise information for sustainable development.
SAVE project partner "Le Toit Angevin" took part in a contest by proposing the development carried out with the project, and gainded the durable innovation prize for its project "Le Toit Angevin Numérique"
Ce forum international a été organisé par l’association ACIDD (Association Communication et Information pour le Développement Durable). L’objectif de l’association est de centraliser les initiatives et de diffuser les informations sur les bonnes pratiques favorisant le développement durable.
Le Toit Angevin – partenaire du projet SAVE – a participé a un concours proposant des mesures à mettre en oeuvre dans le cadre du projet et il a été récompensé du prix de l’innovation durable accordé à son projet « Le Toit Angevin Numérique ».
Das internationale Forum wurde von ACIDD (Association of Communication and Information for Sustainable Development - Verein für Kommunikation und Verbreitung von Informationen über die ausgewogene Entwicklung) organisiert.
Das Ziel des vorgenannten Vereins ist die Zentralisierung von Initiativen und die Verbreitung von Informationen über die für die stabile ausgewogene Entwicklung guten praktischen Handlungen. Das Unternehmen Le Toit Angevin - Teilnehmer am Projekt SAVE - hat am Wettbewerb teilgenommen, indem es die im Rahmen des Projekts umgesetzten Maßnahmen dargestellte. Es wurde für sein Projekt "Le Toit Angevin Numérique" mit einem Preis der dauerhaften Innovation ausgezeichnet.
Francuska organizacja ACIDD (Association Communication et Information pour le Développement Durable) zorganizowała trzecie międzynarodowe forum TIC 21 (3rd International Forum TIC 21).
Organizacja odgrywa ważną rolę w zbieraniu inicjatyw i dobrych praktyk na rzecz zrównoważonego rozwoju. Partner SAVE - firma "Le Toit Angevin" - wystawiła w konkursie prace realizowane w obrębie projektu i zdobyła nagrodę za innowację za projekt "Le Toit Angevin Numérique". |

Salle: Alcide de Gasperi, 2e étage, 20/03/2009 (8h30-9h45) Le secteur de logement utilise environ 40% de l’énergie consommée dans l’UE par les utilisateurs finaux, dont plus de 50% est constituée par l’énergie électrique. Le secteur dispose d’un important potentiel, jusqu'ici inutilisé, d'économies d'énergie peu coûteuses et efficaces. Sa mise en place générerait une réduction de 11% de la consommation totale d’énergie dans l’UE d’ici 2020. Les TIC peuvent contribuer à réaliser ce potentiel à travers la mise en oeuvre de systèmes appropriés d’administration des bâtiments et de l’énergie, des techniques de mesure intelligentes, de l’éclairage par semi-conducteurs, des systèmes décentralisés de suivi et de contrôle, des protocoles de communication, de l’électronique, des systèmes multi-agents, des capteurs intelligents et des logiciels d’optimisation. Certaines de ces techniques sont totalement développées, d’autres sont au stade initial ou requièrent de nouvelles recherches. Au cours de la session plusieurs top-managers feront part de leur expérience et de leur vision des rapports entre les TIC et l’énergie dans le secteur du bâtiment et de la construction et de leurs avantages. Das Projekt SAVE@WORK4HOMES wurde durch David Orr in seiner Präsentation während der Session "Energetisch positives Gebäude" erwähnt. Raum : Alcide de Gasperi, 2. Stockwerk, 20/03/2009 (8:30-9:45) Der Wohnungssektor ist für ca. 40% des Energieverbrauchs durch Endverbraucher in der Europäischen Union verantwortlich, wovon über 50% auf die elektrische Energie entfallen. Der Sektor hat ein großes Potenzial zur Energieeinsparung, das bis heute noch nicht genutzt wurde. Wenn dieses Potenzial ausgenutzt werden würde, würde der gesamte EU-Energieverbrauch um 11% bis 2020 reduziert. ICT kann zur Nutzung dieses Potenzials durch Einführung entsprechender Systeme zum Gebäude- und Energiemanagement, intelligente Messtechnologien, Beleuchtung in Solid-State-Technologie, dezentralisierte Überwachungs- und Kontrollsysteme, Kommunikationsprotokolle, Stromversorgungselektronik, Mehrfaktorsysteme und Optimierungssoftware beitragen. Einige von den vorgenannten Technologien sind erheblich fortgeschritten, die anderen befinden sich erst in der Entwicklungsphase und die übrigen bedürfen weiterer Untersuchungen. The TV news « le 12’50 » of Wednesday 10th may 2009 on M6, devoted a report about the save@work4homes’s project and the Internet portal of Le Toit Angevin.
The report showed tenants using the Internet portal to view their energy expenditure. The journalist interviewed tenants and they have shown the benefits of controlling their consumption and thus their energy expenditure. For example Mr SIMONIN said that the Internet portal allows him to compare the use of multiple electrical appliances and such, he said he doesn’t use the electrical cooker and washing machine at the same time. Finally, the report ended on an interview with Astrid MALLET, in charge of the European’s project of “Le Toit Angevin”, and justifying this environmental program to achieve savings and contribute to sustainable development. Le reportage montrait des locataires utilisant le portail internet afin de lire ses dépenses d’énergie. Le journaliste a interviewé des locataires, et ainsi ces derniers ont montré l’intérêt de maîtriser leurs consommations énergétiques et donc leurs dépenses. Par exemple Mr SIMONIN a dit que le portail lui permettait de comparer l’utilisation d’appareils électriques et de ce fait, il disait qu’il n’utilise pas la cuisinière et le lave linge en même temps. May 28, the symposium will be held a "digital society in solidarity" chaired by Nathalie Koscuisko-Morizet, Secretary of State in charge of perspective and the development of the digital economy. On this occasion, Numéricâble announced the signing of 2 agreements with Le Toit Angevin and EFFINEO.
Numéricâble propose housing agencies and their tenants the offering “SUN”, which is a Triple Play service for 4€ per month: - Internet broadband unlimited 2Mb / s, - The chains of TNT, 40 foreign channels and thirty radios, - A fixed telephone line to receive calls and call emergency numbers. Numéricâble enriched its offer “SUN” forging a partnership with EFFINEO, development specialist eco-efficient services. Thus, each resident will access Internet in real-time via its “SUN”, to their consumption (water, electricity, heat) for a better control of its spending and to reduce overall costs of its building. Le Toit Angevin is one of the first social housing in France and Europe to establish, as part of Sun offerings, the management of energy consumption. Christian Poitou, President of EFFINEO: "Our service makes it possible to change behavior through the regular monitoring of consumption and alerts available in case of over consumption." Pierre Danon, president of Numéricâble: "Very pleased to announce for homes managed by Le Toit Angevin, to commitment of Numéricâble for a digital solidarity". Thus, each resident will access Internet in real-time via its “SUN”, to their consumption (water, electricity, heat) for a better control of its spending and to reduce overall costs of its building. Le Toit Angevin is one of the first social housing in France and Europe to establish, as part of Sun offerings, the management of energy consumption. Numéricâble propose aux organismes HLM et à leurs locataires l’offre SUN, qui est un service Triple Play pour 4€ par mois : - l’internet haut débit illimité à 2Mb/s, - les chaînes de la TNT, 40 chaînes étrangers et une trentaine de radios, - une ligne téléphonique fixe pour recevoir des appels et appeler les numéros d’urgence. Numéricâble enrichi son offre SUN en nouant un partenariat avec EFFINEO, spécialiste du développement de services éco-efficaces. Ainsi, chaque résident accèdera en temps réel via son accès internet SUN, à ses consommations (eau, électricité, chaleur) afin de mieux maîtriser ses dépenses de consommation et participer à la réduction globale des charges de son immeuble. Le Toit Angevin sera l’un des premiers bailleurs sociaux en France et en Europe à mettre en place, dans le cadre de l’offre SUN, le service de gestion de la consommation énergétique. The purpose of this meeting was to submit the innovative service of help control energy consumption to the region "Pays de la Loire" (particularly involved in the development of fiber optic network on its territory), the elected officials of "la Roche-sur-Yon" and the partners lessor "Vendée logement".

The 20th of January, Le Toit Angevin organised a NTCI Event for the all 600 tenants of La Roseraie to start the differens services :

Januar organisierte die Firma Le Toit Angevin eine spezielle NTCI-Veranstaltung für alle 600 Einwohner von La Roseraie. Der Anlass war die feierliche Einführung folgender Dienstleistungen:
- Einkauf von preisgünstigen Rechnern, - kostenloser Zugang zum Internet, - Schulungscomputer, - persönlicher Zugang zum Internetportal, auf dem der Medienverbrauch in den Wohnungen der Mieter in Echtzeit dargestellt wird (Warmwasser, Kaltwasser, Strom und Temperatur). At the 14th of March in 2008 a workshop took place in the Institute of Housing and Environment (IWU) in Darmstadt, Germany. Several colleagues from the EU project LIVING LAB (Delft University of Technology, Industrial Design Engineering; LUWOGE Consult) reported about their vision. LIVING LAB is the research infrastructure to research human interaction, and stimulate the adoption of, sustainable, smart and healthy innovations around the home. There was another meeting concerning this project at the 14th of January in 2009 with LUWOGE Consult. Members of the IWU staff present some first results of the EU project Save@work4homes (http://www.livinglabproject.org/). |
