- Construction and rehabilitation of flats,
- Development of housing and industrial estates.
Privileged partner for the general public and local authorities, Moulins Habitat possesses a pool of 3800 flats and several specialized homes (Students, young workers, handicapped people, the elderly). Flats in residences represent the most important rental pool for Moulins Habitat.
The flats are mainly located in the conurbation of Moulins.
The property of the Office is spread over the conurbation of Moulins (50 000 inhabitants) and to the northeast of the department of the Allier.
The main objective of the Office is to improve the quality of the services offered by our 90 employees, by:
- Strengthening action in proximity; at present 55 people work within the residences
- Optimizing the circulation of information intended for the tenants
- Improving the welcome
- Ceaselessly improving the comfort of flats and the environment: several new construction sites are underway.
The project SAVE@Work4Homes has been integrated in the Renovation Urbain Project MOULINS OBJECTIF SUD, selected by the French urban renovation agency with a very special focus on sustainable development aspects.
