Habitat & Territoires ConseilBeratungsgesellschaft für Sozialwohnungsunternehmen mit Sitz in Paris. Habitat & territoires conseil (HTC) – verbunden mit USH – wurde im Juli 2003 gegründet, aufgrund des Beschlusses von USH über die Verschmelzung von zwei großen verbundenen Beratungsunternehmen (TEC-Habitat und CREPAH).

Das so entstandene Unternehmen beschäftigt 140 Mitarbeiter, davon 120 Berater.

Im Unternehmen sind 40 Spezialisten im Bereich der Energetik beschäftigt, die für die Durchführung von Audits, Beratungsdienstleistungen für Sozialwohnungsunternehmen und Untersuchungen, die im allgemeinen Interesse der USH-Mitglieder liegen, zuständig sind.
